Bianchi offers high-quality cycling wear for road cyclists and mountain bikers, from cycling socks and hats to thermal cycling pants and jerseys.
The world-renowned company was founded in 1885, when Edoardo Bianchi started his business as a bicycle manufacturer in a small shop at 7 Via Nirone in Milan at the age of 21. Three years later Bianchi finsihed his first bicycle, which he entered in a competition in 1896 as a test model.
Back then, competitive cycling was an entirely new concept.
Within three years after the bicycle race became an official event, Bianchi’s bicycles had mark down their first international sports success at the Grand Prix de la Ville de Paris, predecessor of the Tour de France:
the first on a long list of as yet unparalleled list of accomplishments.
During the Interbellum, Bianchi continued to develop new bicycles and won a considerable number of races, including the Giro d’Italia and Giro di Lombardia.
Experience has provided Bianchi with a good foundation for thinking ahead and to continue designing technologically advanced products that meet all consumer demands.
